Founder of Spark N Fly, Isabelle Paquette is an osteopath, having graduated from the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec (COQ). She is also a naturopath, global health coach, nutrition advisor certified from Sanoviv Medical Institute, speaker and author of the book SPARK N FLY, The 5 Pillars for Taking Control of Your Health. Isabelle Paquette also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a Major in Psychology from Université de Montréal.

That's not all ! She also has a great experience in competitive sports, having previously been a world-class athlete and taekwondo coach. She has over 14 years of experience in the field of health and wellness.

came after an event that turned her life upside down ...

 

WHY did she creates SPARK N FLY ?

On October 21, 2014, her life was turned upside down when her partner received a diagnosis of colon-rectal cancer with metastasis in the liver. After an unsuccessful surgery and an inoperable cancer diagnosis in Quebec, her partner was saved at SANOVIV Medical Center in Mexico. Four months prior, she was there for nutrition training. It is said that everything happens for a reason!  She brought back from her stay of several weeks  an experience and a baggage that completely changed their lives.

She had been very close to the disease and every day had been fighting to help her former life partner recover his health. They succeeded together.

She devotes herself to her MISSION and her BIG VISION every day of her life.

For Isabelle, HEALTH is a very precious gift that is lent to us. That's why we need to protect it as the apple in our eyes and make it last as long as possible.
